I have been a customer of Voyagu for many years. It’s far more than a travel booking site, it’s a full service that organizes all my flight bookings, even for the most complex itineraries. As an extreme traveler, sometimes with several oversea trips per year, I could not be more impressed with their service and the people behind it. On top, I am saving up to 50% of the published ticket price per booking, incredibly valuable when travel is one of the largest cost factors in my business.

We’ve been using Voyagu for several years. Not only have they saved us thousands of dollars, but having a travel agent to assist with any problems that might arise is absolutely essential. Several times Alexis not only found great prices but airlines that included a free 3-night stay in Frankfurt. One simply wouldn’t have found this deal if searching various travel websites. We’re quite particular in our routes, and Alexis always adheres to our wishes. You won’t go wrong with Voyagu!

Greece is the birthplace of culture that is responsible for so much of the way we live modern life. Socrates and Aristotle kickstarted the trajectory of logical reasoning. The legends of Dionysus influenced how we enjoy merriment. The stories of Zeus and his many children span across all mediums: art, literature, music, etc. If you’re searching for a taste of ancient luxury, let Voyagu fly you business class to Greece.
Greece has experienced a tumultuous financial history. Without diving too deep into the tumult, know that it’s important to have cash on you while traveling around Greece. While most major cities have ATMs and accept cards, many small mom-and-pop shops only accept cash payments. Voyagu would hate for you to find a trinket you like very much and not be able to pay for it properly.
An estimated 50% of Greek citizens smoke. While there is technically a ban on smoking indoors, it is still frequently done. Those with sensitive lungs should be careful during their trip to Greece. Perhaps bring an inhaler or any other devices to assist with healthy breathing.
After you flag a taxi down in Greece, the driver will likely ask you where you’re going before you get in. If the ride suits them, they will agree to drive you and welcome you in their backseat. However, if they don’t feel like driving to your destination, they will happily leave you on the side of the road to wait for another taxi. Plan transportation in Greece as early as possible.
Most establishments in the major Greek cities have potable drinking water. However, when you travel to the outskirt islands, it’s recommended you stick to bottled water. There is, of course, access to clean water, but it is mainly used for hygienic purposes.
Remember that Greece is an ancient city, some argue as old as civilization itself. That means not everything has adjusted to modern technology. With sewage pipes that are only 50 millimeters wide, most people throw their used toilet paper into the trash bins instead of the toilet. This helps prevent gross and embarrassing clogs.
Perhaps the most well-known city in Greece is Athens. With world-famous sites such as the Parthenon and the Temple of Zeus, a trip to Greece would be incomplete without a stop in Athens.
Santorini is giving Athens a run for its money as the most beautiful city in Greece. With vibrant, turquoise waters and picturesque white buildings, Santorini is an ideal getaway for those who prefer stellar views and comfortable weather.
Nafplio, once the capital of Greece, is a historic city. Filled with citadels and fortresses, Nafplio has been occupied by not only the Greeks, but also the Ottomans, Byzantines, and Venetians. The influence of amalgamated cultures is visible within Nafplio’s aura.
For those who enjoy beaches, Crete will be your happy place. Crete is home to some of the world’s best ranked beaches including: Elafonisi, Matala Beach, and Balos Beach.
Also in Crete, check out the Minoan ruins of Knossos. Dominating the region over 5000 years ago, there are bronze relics that have been argued to be labeled some of the best-preserved bronze relics of the era. Also housing mosaics and pottery, The Hall fo Kings is where the myths of the Minotaur and Labyrinth were first played out. Knossos has become not only a way to experience history, but also mythology.
Faliraki is a fishing village on the east coast of Rhodes. While it houses quaint seaside resorts and bountiful seafood restaurants, Faliraki has also become known as one of Greece’s best party towns. With bars a plenty, Faliraki Beach and Harbour, as well as Faliraki Water Park, tourists travel from all over the world to enjoy this town’s positive energy.
Below are lists of international airports categorized by which island they are on. All offer business class travel to Greece.
The most popular times to visit Greece are the late spring, summer, and early autumn months. This is because the weather is almost always optimal and, because of this, all venues and stalls are open for business. For travelers who don’t wish to deal with flocks of tourist crowds, it is recommended you visit Greece during the winter months.
A flight from the middle of America to the middle of Greece, Chicago to Larissa, is 12 hours with one stop in between. The cheapest business class tickets to Greece could have you there just over 14 hours.
